With over 35 years of experience across corporate, healthcare, higher education and retirement living, I understand how frustrating everyday technology can sometimes be.
Whether you're learning something new, sorting out a problem or simply wanting to feel more confident using your devices, I'll work through things with you at your own pace.
My aim is to reduce tech shrink, where technology becomes a barrier rather than a benefit, helping people stay connected to family, friends and the world around them.
